Punishment for injuries to reservoir fences
Official statutory text
It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, damage or otherwise
interfere with any fence enclosing any reservoir or other site which
supplies any municipality with water. Such unlawful injuries to
reservoir fences shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person
found violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars
($50.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than
thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
