Notice of election of city officers - Fees and expenses

Official statutory text

The order of the board of county commissioners shall be

submitted to the secretary of the county election board for the

purpose of conducting the election. Notice of the election of city

officers shall be in the manner provided by law for municipal

elections. All expenses for the election on the question of

incorporation and the election of officers shall be paid by the

county and reimbursed by the city when fully organized.
