Disbursement of funds - Method of reimbursement

Upon the approval of an application by the Director and at his
direction, monies in the Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund
shall be disbursed to a center for operational costs of approved
center programs. The method of reimbursement for dispute resolution
program costs shall be specified by the Director pursuant to rules
and regulations.
