IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY

A buyer of farm products, commission merchant, or selling agent

who purchases or sells farm products in the ordinary course of

business from or for a person engaged in farming operations shall

not be liable for errors or inaccuracies generated by the central

filing system provided for in Section 1-9-320.6 of this title if the

buyer, commission merchant, or selling agent has otherwise complied

with the provisions of Sections 1-9-320.1 through 1-9-320.7 of this

title.
