Penalty - Invalidity of bond

Official statutory text

Any officer, agent, or representative of any company,

corporation, association or firm, or any other person who shall

violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a

misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred

Dollars ($100.00), nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),

and by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than

thirty days, nor more than one year. Any bond, contract or

undertaking made in violation of the provisions of this article

shall be void.
