Verified petition to be filed

Official statutory text

The applicant shall present and file in the district court a

verified petition setting forth the name and age of the

incapacitated spouse, a description of the homestead, the county in

which the homestead is located, and such other facts relating to the

circumstances and needs of the applicant and his family that may

support the petition.
