Corporation Commission - Applications for determinations - Fees.
In order to implement the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (Public
Law 95-621), the Corporation Commission is hereby authorized to
process applications for determinations as provided for in the rules
and regulations issued by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
The Corporation Commission shall possess such powers and perform
such acts as are necessary to comply with the Natural Gas Policy Act
of 1978 (Public Law 95-621). The Corporation Commission shall
charge a filing fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per well for a
well category determination or determinations under the Natural Gas
Policy Act of 1978. All filing fees charged and collected hereunder
shall be deposited daily with the State Treasurer and shall be
credited and apportioned to the Oil and Gas Revolving Fund.
