Fuel inspection and compliance personnel

For the purpose of enforcing the fuel inspection laws of the

State of Oklahoma, the Corporation Commission Petroleum Storage Tank

Division shall appoint and assign fuel inspection and compliance

personnel sufficient to discharge the duties and obligations of the

Commission regarding the inspection, testing, calibration and

compliance of fuel and fuel storage facilities pursuant to the

Oklahoma Petroleum Storage Tank Consolidation Act.
