Participation in plans by state and local land management

The Commissioners of the Land Office, or other proper board or

officers of the state having control and management of state lands,

and the proper board or officer of any political, municipal or other

subdivision or agency of the state, are hereby authorized on behalf

of the state or of such political, municipal or other subdivision or

agency hereof, to act with respect to land or brine rights subject

to the control and management of such respective body, board or

officer, to participate in any plan or program of unitization

approved pursuant to this act.
