Official statutory text
The name of every association hereafter incorporated pursuant to
this act, and of any existing association which hereafter changes
its name, shall be approved by the State Banking Commissioner. The
name shall not so nearly resemble the name of another association or
federal association as to be likely to deceive the public.
Associations may operate under trade names as approved by the
Commissioner.
