Certificates

Official statutory text

The regulating boards of the respective professions described in

Section 803 of this title are hereby authorized and directed to

issue the certificates required by Section 804 of this title upon

receipt of an affidavit or other instrument reciting the names and

addresses of the prospective owners and managers. The regulating

boards may charge and collect a reasonable fee for such issuance.

The fee shall be deposited and expended as provided by law for other

fees collected by each respective regulating board.
