Authority to issue bond

Official statutory text

All counties in the State of Oklahoma are hereby authorized to

issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of this act for the

purpose of acquiring, constructing, leasing or operating water

facilities, reservoirs or projects as defined in Section 1085.32 of

Title 82 of the Oklahoma Statutes in such county, either

individually or jointly with other political subdivisions or

agencies of the state.
