Failure to give additional bond vacates office

Official statutory text

If any county treasurer shall fail or refuse to give such

additional bond within twenty (20) days from and after the day on

which said commissioners shall have required said treasurer so to

do, his office shall be declared vacant and another treasurer shall

be appointed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
