County treasurer may bring suit

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 19. Counties and County Officers Page 257

It shall be the duty of the county treasurer and he is hereby

empowered to institute in the name of the state the necessary suits,

actions and proceedings to enforce the provisions of this act, and

in the event of the neglect, failure or refusal of the county

treasurer to bring such suits, actions and proceedings, then the

same may be instituted and maintained on the relation of any citizen

of the state.
