Plan of operation - Election on funding

A. As soon as practicable after organization of the authority,

the board of directors shall, by resolution entered on its record,

formulate a general plan of proposed operation for the authority in

which shall be stated the estimated cost of operation and

maintenance of the authority, what property, real or personal, is

proposed to be acquired or constructed and the estimated cost of

acquiring or constructing the same.

B. When the board of directors has estimated the cost of the

operation and maintenance of the authority, and the cost of

acquiring or constructing and real or personal property, it shall

request the board of county commissioners to call an election

pursuant to Section 1370 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes to

fund any acquisition or construction, and the operation and

maintenance of the authority.
