Reinstatement of service credit

A Justice or judge whose employment as such has terminated and

who has withdrawn his contributions made to the Oklahoma Judicial

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 20. Courts Page 433

Retirement Fund may, upon return to service as a Justice or judge

with participation in the System, procure reinstatement of service

credit for the years during which contributions were made and

withdrawn by paying the Oklahoma Judicial Retirement Fund the full

amount of contributions previously withdrawn with interest thereon

at the annual percentage rate of ten percent (10%) from the date of

withdrawal.
