Reports - Filing

Official statutory text

The board of trustees, on August 1 of each year, shall prepare

the following reports, a copy of which shall be filed with the

Administrative Director of the Courts:

1. A financial report showing the receipts and disbursements of

money and the total amount in the fund at the end of the fiscal

year, such report to be made on a form prescribed by the State

Auditor and Inspector; and

2. An inventory report of all property, number of books,

periodicals, and other publications on hand, the number added by

purchase, gift or otherwise during the year, the number lost or

missing, and such other information as is requested by the

Administrative Director of the Courts.

The Administrative Director of the Courts may require additional

reports when deemed necessary in the discharge of the Administrative

Director of the Courts duties.
