Court clerk as custodian - Duties

Official statutory text

Unless otherwise provided by the board of trustees, the court

clerk shall serve as custodian of the county law library. He shall

make and maintain in his office a complete inventory of all the

books, periodicals and other property of the law library; he shall

make such reports as are required by the board of trustees and the

Administrative Director of the Courts; and he shall service the

volumes of the county law library with current pocket parts and

supplements.
