Oklahoma Statutes - Title 21. Crimes and Punishments Page 560
The Governor is authorized to utilize any personnel of the
Department of Public Safety and any other state agency to conduct
such investigations and to render such assistance to local law
enforcement officers as the Governor may deem necessary in carrying
out the provisions of this act.
