Keeping place, equipment or facilities for

cockfighting.

Every person who keeps any pit or other place, or knowingly

provides any equipment or facilities to be used in permitting any

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 21. Crimes and Punishments Page 773

cockfight, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class B5 felony

offense. The penalty for a violation of this section shall be as

provided in Section 8 of this act.
