Effect of relief granted upon contracts, sales,

encumbrances, or leases.

Relief granted pursuant to Section 1506.3 of this title does not

affect a contract, sale, encumbrance, or lease that:

1. Was consummated before the granting of the relief; and

2. Involved a bona fide purchaser, encumbrancer, or tenant who

did not have actual notice of the filing of a complaint pursuant to

Section 1101 et seq. of this title or a civil action pursuant to

this section.
