Costs of elections

A. At elections held concurrently with county and state

elections, the board of education of every school district and

technology center school district shall reimburse the county

election board only for those costs exclusively attributable to the

district.

B. At elections not held concurrently with county and state

elections, the board of education of every school district and

technology center school district shall reimburse the county

election board for all costs of the election. If more than one

entity holds an election concurrently, then costs shall be assessed

proportionately.
