Records required to be maintained by the State Election Board or
any county election board in the performance of their duties shall
be retained for a period of twenty-four (24) months, unless
otherwise provided by law. However, the State Election Board and
county election boards shall continuously maintain records of all
official acts and certifications made by such boards.
