Permit application process for solid waste transfer

A permit application for a solid waste transfer station or yard-

waste composting site shall be subject to any applicable public

comment, public meeting and administrative hearing requirements as

set forth for the application tier in the Oklahoma Uniform

Environmental Permitting Act, unless the board of county

commissioners of the county of the proposed site, after opportunity

for written or oral public comment, has found the application to be

within the scope of the county's solid waste management plan.
