Hazardous waste - Regulation and control by this act

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 27A. Environment and Natural Resources Page 163

Hazardous waste shall be subject to the provisions of the

"Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act" and shall not be subject

to the provisions of the "Oklahoma Solid Waste Management Act".
