Fees

A. The Board shall, pursuant to Section 24 of this act,

establish by rule a fee schedule to be charged for permits,

licenses, or radiation protection services for the regulation of any

source of radiation by the Department. Fees charged pursuant to

this section shall be paid into the Department of Environmental

Quality Revolving Fund and shall be used by the Department in

administering the radiation management program pursuant to Section

24 of this act.

B. The Board shall consider any federal funding available to

the Department, or federal guidelines or requirements for agreement

states, when establishing or amending the schedule of fees for

radiation permits, licenses or protection services by the

Department.
