Authority to obtain loan or grant

A conservation district:

1. Shall be authorized to obtain a loan or grant of any funds,

property, equipment or services which any state or federal agency or

local governmental unit may be authorized to lend or grant for any

of the purposes of the Conservation District Act; and

2. May enter into such contract, loan agreement or other

administrative arrangement as may be lawfully required in connection

with any such loan or grant; and in connection with any such loan or

grant may pledge, encumber or obligate any property or income of the

district.
