Oklahoma Statutes - Title 27A. Environment and Natural Resources Page 361

The Small Watersheds Flood Control Fund shall be under the

control and supervision of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission and

shall be paid on its itemized form which shall be audited by the

said board and, upon final approval, vouchers which are payable from

said fund shall be forwarded to the Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services, who shall audit the same and,

upon approval thereof, warrants shall be issued according to law,

and said warrants shall be paid by the State Treasurer from the said

fund.
