Fees of commissioner for partition

Official statutory text

Each commissioner for the partition of real estate shall receive

for each day, Two Dollars ($2.00), traveling fees the same as are

allowed to sheriffs; but this section shall not limit the right of

parties to agree upon a higher rate of compensation for the

commissioners in any case.
