Law Enforcement Officer Training Account

Official statutory text

There is hereby created within the Wildlife Conservation Fund an

account designated as the "Law Enforcement Officer Training

Account". The account shall consist of monies designated for

deposit to the account by law. All monies accruing to the credit of

said account shall be budgeted and expended by the Department of

Wildlife Conservation for the training of law enforcement officers

employed by the Department. Expenditures from the account shall be

made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims

filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
