Upland winged game license — Licensed commercial hunt

A. The Director of Wildlife Conservation or an agent of the
Director may provide a resident and nonresident a five-day paper
hunting license for upland winged game, excluding wild turkeys, at a
licensed commercial hunt area.
B. The five-day paper license issued pursuant to this section
shall only be valid for hunting upland winged game, excluding wild
turkeys, at a licensed commercial hunt area only.
C. The fees for a five-day paper license issued pursuant to
this section shall be:
1. For residents, Five Dollars ($5.00); and
2. For nonresidents, Five Dollars ($5.00).
D. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall have
authority to promulgate and enforce rules governing the issuance and
enforcement of such five-day paper licenses issued pursuant to this
section.
