The Secretary of State may prepare and distribute information to
the public on the initiative and referendum process. The
information shall include, but not be limited to relevant statutes
and constitutional provisions related to the initiative and
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 34. Initiative and Referendum Page 19
referendum process. The information should also outline the
initiative and referendum process in a chronological order.
