Conflicting laws

Official statutory text

Nothing in this Article shall be construed to supersede the

provisions of Sections 328.1 through 328.52 of Title 59, Oklahoma

Statutes, or as the same may be hereafter amended. In the event of

the conflict of any of the provisions of this Article with any of

the above-cited sections, then such cited section shall take

precedence over this Article, and this Article shall be construed

accordingly.
