Official statutory text

A chiropractic service corporation shall not be liable for

injuries resulting from negligence or malpractice on the part of any

participating or other chiropractor or supplier of services to any

subscriber. A participating chiropractor shall not be liable for

any wrongful or negligent conduct by a chiropractic service

corporation or any of its officers, directors or agents.
