There shall be collected, at the time of filing of information
for a risk retention group, a fee payable annually, of Four Hundred
Dollars ($400.00). In addition, risk retention groups chartered for
domicile in this state shall pay the same fees applicable to
insurers in this state.
Purchasing groups shall pay annually at the time of
