Health maintenance organizations may provide any services
included in state or federal health care programs, such as state
employee benefits, the state basic health benefits program,
"Medicare", "Medicaid", "CHAMPUS" and Veterans Administrations and
other health programs provided in whole or in part by state or
federal funds, in accordance with the laws governing such programs.
