Mixed beverage/caterer combination license

Official statutory text

A mixed beverage/caterer combination license shall authorize the

holder thereof to purchase or sell mixed beverages as specifically

provided by law for the holder of a mixed beverage license or a

caterer license. All provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage

Control Act applicable to mixed beverage licenses or caterer

licenses, or the holders thereof, shall also be applicable to mixed

beverage/caterer combination licenses or the holders thereof, except

where specifically otherwise provided. A mixed beverage/caterer

combination license shall only be issued in counties of this state

where the sale of alcoholic beverages by the individual drink for

on-premises consumption has been authorized. A separate license

shall be required for each place of business.
