Employer liability for not reviewing personal social

No business or employer shall be held liable in any regard for

not reviewing an employee's personal online social media accounts as

defined herein. Furthermore, no business or employer shall be held

liable in any regard for not requesting, accessing or reviewing the

personal online social media accounts of any employee. The

employer's failure to access such information shall not be

admissible in any legal proceeding.
