Special Occupational Health and Safety

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the
Department of Labor to be designated the "Special Occupational
Health and Safety Fund". The fund shall be subject to legislative
appropriation and shall consist of monies collected pursuant to
Section 418 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
