Deployment orders - Copy to nondeploying parent

Official statutory text

A. A deploying parent shall provide a copy of the deployment

orders to the other parent within ten (10) days of receipt. When

the deployment date is less than ten (10) days after receipt of the

orders, a copy shall immediately be provided to the other parent.

B. If a valid court order requires that the address or contact

information of the nondeploying parent be kept confidential, the

notification shall be made to the court only. The court shall

notify the nondeploying parent, or counsel for the nondeploying

parent, if the deploying parent is prohibited from directly

contacting the nondeploying parent.
