Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health

Official statutory text

A. The "Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health" is hereby created

and designated as a facility within the Department of Mental Health

and Substance Abuse Services and shall be operated under the

supervision of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Services.

B. There is hereby created a petty cash fund for the Tulsa

Center for Behavioral Health. The Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services and Commissioner of Mental Health

and Substance Abuse Services are authorized to fix the maximum

amount of this petty cash fund and the Director of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe the rules and

procedures for the administration of the petty cash fund.
