Alcohol and drug treatment and rehabilitation of

adolescents.
The Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
is hereby authorized and directed to establish an appropriate room
or ward for alcohol and other drug treatment services for
adolescents, with special emphasis on the rehabilitation of a
consumer during treatment, and to provide an adequate program for
reestablishment into society upon release.
