Procedure as cumulative

Official statutory text

The admission procedure prescribed by the Mental Hospital

Voluntary Admission Procedures Act shall be cumulative to the

procedures prescribed by other provisions of law. Nothing herein

shall affect the admission procedures prescribed by other provisions

of law.
