Building and loan association loans authorized

Official statutory text

Building and loan associations doing business in the State of

Oklahoma may negotiate loans on such real estate, secured by

mortgages thereon, under the same conditions and terms and with the

same right and power of foreclosure as upon other real estate, but

no judgment therein shall run against the State of Oklahoma.
