Oklahoma Tricare Reserve Select Reimbursement Program
Official statutory text
A. The Military Department of the State of Oklahoma shall
create the Oklahoma Tricare Reserve Select Reimbursement Program.
B. In this section, "eligible recipient" means an individual
who is:
1. Eligible for, and currently enrolled in, Tricare Reserve
Select;
2. A member of the state military forces as defined in
paragraph 56 of subsection A of Section 801 of Title 44 of the
Oklahoma Statutes;
3. Serving state active duty as defined in paragraph 54 of
subsection A of Section 801 of Title 44 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
and

4. On state active duty orders for thirty (30) days or more.
C. The Department may award grants to an eligible recipient who
meets the reimbursement application requirements for any of the
following:
1. A premium paid for individual coverage through the Tricare
Reserve Select program; or
2. A premium paid for any member of the immediate family of an
eligible recipient covered under the Tricare Reserve Select program.
D. The Department shall promulgate rules to implement and
administer the Tricare Premium Reimbursement Program established
under this act.
