Authority to prescribe regulations

A. The Commissioner of Labor, in consultation with the Adjutant

General, may prescribe regulations implementing the provisions of

the Oklahoma Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights

Act as it applies to state government, political subdivisions, and

private employers.

B. The Director of Human Capital Management of the Office of

Management and Enterprise Services, in consultation with the

Commissioner of Labor and the Adjutant General, may prescribe

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 44. Militia Page 217

regulations implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Uniformed

Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act as it applies to

state agencies as employers. The regulations shall be consistent

with regulations pertaining to political subdivisions and private

employers, except that state employees may be given greater or

additional rights.
