Oklahoma Statutes - Title 45. Mines and Mining Page 118
In compliance with all federal laws, rules and regulations, the
Department shall take any such action as it shall deem necessary to
make such compliance. The Department shall make every effort to
obtain full reimbursement from the Director of the Office of Surface
Mining and Reclamation for the costs of performing its duties under
this act.
