Appointment of Secretary of Commission as agent to accept

Before a license shall be issued the applicant shall sign and

file with the Commission an irrevocable power of attorney appointing

the Secretary of the Commission his agent to accept service of

summons for all causes of action against him arising out of the

conduct of his business as an itinerant merchant and the operation

of the motor vehicle described in the application.
