Off-premises displays of new motor vehicles and new

powersports vehicles.
A. The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall provide for
off-premises displays of new motor vehicles by currently licensed
new motor vehicle dealers. An off-premises event may be held for
display purposes only, without the need for permits, under the
following conditions:
1. The new motor vehicles are for display purposes only and not
for sale at the off-premises display event;
2. No selling activities shall be conducted;
3. The display is in the new motor vehicle dealer's factory-
approved area of sales and service responsibility;
4. The new motor vehicle dealer shall obtain written approval
from the manufacturer or distributor; and
5. The new motor vehicle dealer is required to obtain approval
for the display location from the sponsoring entity.

B. The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission shall provide for
off-premises displays or sales of powersports vehicles by currently
licensed new powersports vehicle dealers. An off-premises event may
be held for display or sale purposes only under the following
conditions:
1. The event is in the new powersport vehicle dealer's factory-
approved area of sales and service responsibility;
2. The new powersport vehicle dealer must obtain written
approval from the manufacturer or distributor;
3. The new powersport vehicle dealer must submit an application
to obtain off-premises sales permits for new powersports being
offered for sale at the event, at least seven (7) days prior to the
event, and the permit fee is Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each new
powersport at the event;
4. The sponsor of the event must submit an application to
obtain an off-premises sponsoring entity sales permit, at least
seven (7) days prior to the event, and the permit fee is Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00) for the event; and
5. No permit application or fee is required by the new
powersports vehicle dealer nor sponsoring entity for an off-premises
display only event.
C. The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission is authorized to
provide a variance to the conditions specified in this section, for
any off-premises display or sales event if the off-premises display
is conducted within municipal, county, or state-owned or controlled
facilities or within the grounds of any county, district, or state
fair.
