Location of slaughterhouse
Official statutory text
It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain a slaughterhouse
within less than one-half (1/2) mile of any tract of land platted
into lots and blocks as an addition to any town or city within the
State of Oklahoma, except in conformity with the zoning ordinances
of said town or city, or to maintain such a slaughterhouse within
one-half (1/2) mile of any tract of land platted into acre tracts
for the purpose of being sold for residence, and in which tracts of
land have actually been sold for residence purposes outside of such
a town or city.
